1. Returns and refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The LifeChange Warehouse will also pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original condition and in their product packaging. These items must have been sold and fulfilled by the LifeChange Warehouse.

 

The refund will be made using the same payment method initially used by the customer. If per bank deposit the full bank deposit details must be provided. The name of account holder, bank name, branch name, and branch code and bank account number are required. If per credit card the refund amount will be made to the same credit card. Please inform the LifeChange Warehouse in advance if you prefer a different refund option. You will be notified per email once the refund has been paid.

 

2. Exchanges, wrong and damaged products

If the LifeChange Warehouse supplies the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, it will be exchanged it for the correct one. We will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if replacement is not possible, we will refund your purchase price including delivery costs.

3. Packaging and sending your return or exchange

A copy of your tax invoice or order confirmation must accompany your return in order for us to be able to apply the refund or process the exchange.
